Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [registered address] ("we", "us"), the operator of Zucta. By creating an account or a store you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for everything done under your account and your stores.

3. Your store and what you sell

You are the seller of everything offered in your store. You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping, refunds, customer service and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, data protection and product safety laws. You must not sell illegal, counterfeit or dangerous items, or use the service for fraud, spam or to infringe anyone's rights.

4. Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period through our payment processor. Free trials end on the date shown in your account; if you do not choose a plan, your store pauses. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice.

5. Payments from your customers

Your store takes payments through gateways you connect (for example Stripe or PayPal) under your own agreements with those providers. We are not a party to those agreements or to your sales.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run the service. You are the controller of your customers' personal data; we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Terms [link].

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or close stores that break these Terms, put others at risk, or have unpaid fees. After closure we may delete your store data after [30] days; export anything you need before then.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.

10. General
