Do I need a card to start?
You can set up your store without one. You pay for your plan when the store is ready, and it opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What address does my store get?
Your store opens at its own address, like yourstore.zucta.com. You can share it straight away and connect your own domain later, on plans that include it.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own payment provider, such as Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave and others, or take bank transfer and cash on delivery. Payments go to your account with that provider.
Can I sell in my physical shop as well?
Yes. The point of sale runs in a browser on a tablet or laptop and shares products, stock and customers with your online store.
Can I change plan or leave?
You can change plan at any time, and cancel whenever you like. You can export your products, customers and orders.
Do I need a developer?
No. You choose a starting template, add your products and switch on payments. Everything is set up from your store admin.
